We're in Norway, not Finland!  :nono:

My own and this one is the only two 1970 Barracuda's I've ever seen with my own eyes. So it's not a very common sighting.. Especialy in the northern parts of the country where I (and he) lives.

Wow. Two very nice looking Cuda's. Congrats.
I was born and raised in Texas but my Great-Grandparents came over from Norway so I am 1/4 Norwegian and the family's original name was Kjelland, which is now my middle name. Just a little information that I felt like sharing.

Thanks guys.. allot of Norwegians went over in the late 1800s, early 1900s.. including my great great grand father.. they never heard from him..

I told the guy with the blower to join here, he would but he has to go to work for 3 weeks tomorrow.

Goody; I run on my 275 T/A Radials.. and always on the street, never preped tracks. (Street Legal Drag Racing). It spins a litle then hooks. I don't know what a 'Cuda with a 340 should perform, but I've seen your results with the 318!

I think the explination is in the engine, It's no racer, it's a 72 340, low comp, stock pistons, J-heads with 1.88 valves, RPM Air-Gap, eddy 750 (got a demon laying around, just need to overhaul it), got TTI exhaust and a 727 with a tci trans-go kit. Rear is a Sure-grip 3.23:1.

On the other hand, It COULD be the driver also!

Sounds good man, just get it dialed in. Stock cam? Converter? Basically i have a cam, converter and gears over your 'Cuda and went 8.70s 1/8th
