On a 71 Challenger what holds the fuse block to the bulkhead(if I am using the right term)?Mine is loose and I only have power to the left row of fuses.
Thanks,Dave

If I remember correctly the block has 4 flexible plastic clips (part of the block) that push through the square hole in the firewall.

The left bank has constant power...the right bank is switched, turn the ignition switch on or accessory, if you still don't get power there may be issues w/column wiring

the bulkhead plug is bolted to the firewall , there are 2 steel spring clips that hold the fuse block to the rear the bulkhead plug
