74 production numbers
« on: April 24, 2008 - 10:48:58 PM »
It's probably on here somewhere....but I couldn't find the answer ~

Here's my VIN   JH23L4B267xxx

74 Challenger. This was supposed to have a 360. How many came with 360s?

Oh, and how many Challengers were made in 74? I had heard not many since Dodge cancelled them (until this year!)

Good question -- I've been looking for a couple years for "accurate" data myself.    Best info I've come across is production stopped in March, 1974 and various sources list 16,437 as total production (although I've seen a couple of production lists that show 11,354.    No info I've ever seen breaks it down by engine size.....    Perhaps someone else has better info....
