Don't wanna be the one to throw the turd in the punch bowl.  But has anyone seen the new car in person.  Just looked at the latest issue of Mopar Action.  They have old and new facing each other.  I gotta tell you it doesn't look good.  The car looks "soft" sorta "puffy".  Lines are not crisp, and it's 6" longer than the original.  So this is not really a sports car.  Midsize sedan comes to mind?

On a high note, I guess it's good it doesn't have 4 doors like the Charger.  Have we waited so long, we'll accept anything?

I was screwing around on Microsoft Paint a few weeks ago and came up with this for fun (based it on the old #77 T/A). Then I saw this version on this site...talk about weird coinsidense :hyper:

I seriously likey!  Now if only they could find a way to stuff 18x9s up front and 18x10s in back in a mini-lite style!  I'm a hater on the 20s... don't blame me...

I am planning on releasing several stripe options for the new Challenger based on the older stripe styles.  As soon as I can take some pics of a real one and get some accurate measurements, I'll start mocking them up

The guy that owns the original Posey racer, Ken Epsman, visits here every year for the Coronado Historic Races at NAS North Island.  I met him briefly a few years back.  If I can get to the races this year, I may try to turn him onto the board.

If you ever get a chance to snoop around under those cars do it!!

1st picture is the rear brake set up on the original Cuda AAR. Notice is still has leaf springs.

2nd picture is the front brake set up on one of the Javelin SST.

There is much more neat stuff under there than this too.
