I would say around 30k, the market is down and it looks like there is a lot of metal work required. All of the new parts help, but without them being installed on the car they don't help that much.

I agree but in the long run it is worth so much more during a better economy.  I'd say keep it if you can and by the time it is all together the way it was originally it will be worth double that amount.  At the very least.  It is just a buyers market right now but it will change back to a sellers before you know it.

Since it has a happy home, mostly on the back wall of my workshop in my back yard,  I guess it will just set there until someone REALLY wants it. Thanks for your replies. :bananasmi

It is a solid looking car and super rare to boot, you would of got top dollar for it six months ago.  But it is a buyers market and will stay that way for a little while yet. Plus this car goes with your name Top Banana :2thumbs: you should tinker and slowly build it in your own time, doesn't have to be put together in an all mighty rush.  Little by little will concour the beast :clapping: have fun with what ever you decide :grinyes:

You should hold onto it. With this market, I would be shocked if anyone paid over $20k for it. Good luck.

If you really want to know what it's worth, put it on eBay with a big reserve.  I think you've probably missed the peak, and you probably can't get what you were offered before anymore.  It seems like there's a lot of cars on the market, lots of high roller collectors selling off their stuff.  When you see real Hemi Cuda convertibles on eBay, there's something different going on.  I'd love to have an E-body convertible, but I'm going to wait because I think the prices aren't anywhere near the bottom yet, and I want one that's already done.  I bet there's a lot of guys who owe their restoration shop more than their car's worth right now, so selling a project is probably going to be harder than it was a couple of years ago.

Good luck with it, whatever you decide to do.  It's a cool car, and I hope you finish it, and get to enjoy it.
