Disc brakes - hub
« on: April 29, 2008 - 07:35:02 PM »
Question for everyone. I put on a set of wilwood front discs. How "loose" should the wheel be when I spin it around? The bearings are greased properly, i'm wondering if I tightened the nut too much?

its really something someone has to show you in person. best description is hardly tight at all. Way i do it (caliper removed) is spinning it by hand until i just feel a drag on it. rock the rotor, should hardly be any play. not even visually, just by feel.

I know what you're saying. Ok, I'll have to readjust before I drop it down off the jack stands. Thanks.
