Sorry guys, I haven't been around lately. I actually drove through Culman, AL. I thought of you both times Al but I think you were away anyway. We stopped in Athens, AL for the night on the way back. It was about 11 PM when we got in. I had to make a run up to Ft Knox with some tractor trailers so I couldn't have stopped anyway but maybe next time.

The car is an awesome street machine and a blast to drive. I will let you drive it anytime Al. You trusted me with your baby and I'll do the same for you.

The Willwood kit for the rear was really expensive, 750 I think. I only got them because the Alter-K came with them. I would actually go with a Ford 8.8 from an Explorer if I were going to do it over again. I could have saved alot of money on the rear end AND the ford brakes are good to go.

The brake kit only works with green bearings and my style of driving needs tapered rollers. I am thinking of re-doing the whole shebang and selling the Strange 60.

Man, that is a great looking car just the way it is!  What size of wheels and tires do you have?

I was on a run with two other tractor trailors. I wish I could have stopped but the pace was already dictated. We go up to Fort Knox all the time so maybe one of hese days we can meet up.
