No,that is a large bolt pattern flex plate.

If it is a cast crank/external balance this is the flex plate to get. You won't have problems with the 904/340 combo on the converter with this flex plate.

If it is forged/internal balanced then I can help you get a stock one new. (for about the same price as the used on on E-bay)
