Just beautiful Daves70   :2thumbs:

And how many HP do you expect from that monster and what would be the quarter miles e.t. you think.

Hope you post the dyno result soon !!

I hope for 650-700ft.lbs of torq, and close to the same H.P.. If my car was set up as a drag car I would expect low 10 sec. 1/4 mile e.t.'s. It's not. I refuse to tub my classic car. What ever it will run with the biggest slicks I can get on it will be good enough for me!  :grinyes: I'm sure it will still be plenty FAST enough.  :burnout:

Will that clear under the bulge hood? Also, with that power, the 40 year old chassis is going to be under a lot of stress. I hope you've looked into chassis stiffening kits to keep everything in-line and together lol.

Don, obviously I haven't got any dyno figures yet, but some of the spec's are: 4.250 bore, 4.250 stroker crank= 482.33 c.i.. Actual compression came out to 11.04. (a little higher than I wanted) Ported and polished Mopar perf. aluminum heads with Comp Cams valve springs. Comp Cams solid roller camshaft. Lift: intake .637 exhaust .617. Crossram with 2-770 c.f.m. Holleys. Obviously a lot more to it than that, but that's the basics. Forged crank, rods and Diamond pistons.

Dave

That exactly what I was looking for!  Thanks bro.  Its going to be insane!!!  Good luck with the rest of the project!!!
