I let a shop do the alignment of the front wheels on my car, he said it was a pain to adjust. He had to adjust the camber and caster parallel.

I did the caster 1st & camber came out perfect without further adjustment.
RE: UCA bushings the rear was rotated max inboard with the front rotated max outboard to gain max positive caster, this pulls the upper ball joint as far back as it will go. Measured my caster using a square device placed on the floor & finding the relative difference to the upper & lower ball joint grease fittings. If my measurements are correct I have 2.08degrees positive caster, even if I'm off by 20% its in spec for a power steering car.

These are very fiddly to do, the Australian Valiant w/shop manual had a table in it to help you adjust the front end. If in doubt give it to a front end guy to do, less heartache that way.   :22yikes:

I would set the caster to max + so the front bolt are all the way out  & the rear all the way in & reduce the caster as little as possible to get the camber @ -.5* then set your toe in , the car will steer far better , the specs were for bias ply tires , ignore them
