this is all i need to pull in my bumpers on my 73 ?? i will be buying a new 70,71,72 bumper. thank you,steve

They will work.  I just did mine that way last month, original 73 bumper with the 70 brackets, no mods needed other than filling the 2 holes on the top of the bumper where the bumperettes mounted.  If you have your original bumper I would spend the money to fill the holes and rechrome, unless it is heavily damaged IMHO.  If you're doing the rear, also, again no mods other than what I mentioned above (same holes).  The only difference would be to buy a 70-72 rear filler panel, unless you want to try and cut up your original to fit.  Otherwise, this is a great price and you should jump all over it.
