There is a 1966 383 and auto trans for sale in my area for $200.00. What is it worth?

the transmission on its own is worth $200, grab it and resell or re-use

Keep the engine ditch the trans or trade for a new year.

It may have 516 closed chamber heads. Many look for these heads and the 915's to up the compression..
