For those of us who look for parts for 71 cudas I am sure that at some point and time you have seen nos 71 fender gills for sale .
Some of those nos gills have gind marks on the backs done before they were chromed .I believe it appears to be where the date code was.
Many say these gills are nos, many say they are reproduction , other say they were from the original dies that a company (chrysler had contracted to make gills in the 70s) still owned and made another patch from ?
