They have some on eBay.
looks to me though, like all they do is take some of that Krylon Stained-glass window paint and spray it on some bulbs. Get that at HW store for 5$
FTHOI I sprayed some on a gallon pickle jar I had, and let it sit on the porch for the last year or so, to see how it weathered... even in AZ sun its still a good amber tint.
