Dodge demon general info
« on: July 06, 2008 - 01:00:41 AM »
I've been looking at maybe getting a demon (as soon as money permits)  But I'm an E-body guy so I don't know much about A-body cars other than the things that interchange.  so I have a few questions about them.
1. 904 is a 3-spd auto correct?
2. A 727 can be put into an a-body car?
3. Do they sell body panels for them?( quarters, floors, etc etc)
4. What is a good price for a demon that needs work but moves under its own power, and has a solid body?

I have owned 3 big-block A-Bodies, and none of them had the floor to firewall seam altered.

You may have to do that with a Hemi?  :dunno:

We got a 71' Demon /6 auto. From a guy in Salt lake city for 1800.00. Everything worked, needs a quarter. We want to make it a "666" Demon...6 cyl.,6 pack,6 speed. Flat black, gloss stripe,Red gut. I had a 72' in H.S.  Now I'm going to get one too...Looking for a /6 car mainly. I am considering trading my '69 barracuda coupe for one. But will probably end up with a third car. :bricks1:   I love the Demon!  Got stickers made up for my buddy.   :2thumbs: If I come accross something with a V8 I'll let you know. Robert.
