Looks a lot like the Thruststar from Foose.
http://www.chipfoose.com/thrustar.aspx
There are some differences there though.

thanks hemidog. although those thrustar wheels are real nice, they are not the ones i'm looking for. i've tried stockton, weld, cragar, american racing, foose, but i cant seem to find out who makes them. beginning to give up, does anyone know?

I think I may have found the wheel. If you enlarge the picture and look at the center cap, the name there is pretty long and looks like it may begin with a "C". My guess is that it says Coddington. It matches pretty darn close to the wheel on this link:

Looks like the one in your picture may just have a different style center cap with just his last name.

I am going to correct myself. Found a positive ID on this wheel.
http://www.budnik.com/roadwheelitem.asp?scid=53&pid=524&pg=2
Noticed a wheel shown on the Camaro that won the Year One trophy resently. It was shown on Dream Car Garage with a close up of the center cap logo. Said Budnik inside an oval. Plus the center cap design is identical to your picture.
If the link doesn't work go to
www.budnik.com
, roadwheels, X series, and on page 2 there is the Fontana.
