The interior is off-white ("bisque").  All of interior is covered in the same synthetic leather material, including the dash and door panels.  The picture of the 'Cuda stitching is closest to the actual interior color.

Beatiful car ,really like the interior.Did you make the the door trim pieces and how difficult were they to make.how hard was it to cover the door panels thinking of doing something like that in the future

The resto was done by American Muscle Car Mania in Summerdale, AL.  The trim on the door panels is also mahogany.

WOW! I love how the interior came out, I'm not one for "white" but it just flows for the way the car is set up.
