    Did they make a rear valance with no cut outs ???? im thinking of T/A style exhaust.....

    Yep, mine neither.  I would think any 2bbl or slant car would come without them.  Would a non R/T car come with them?  I suppose a 340-4 or 383-4 would.  I wonder if they were optional on those cars.
