Cuda Tune and Test
« on: March 29, 2004 - 05:46:31 PM »
Hey all the weather here is awesome now 70, so that means tune up and test drive. 8) I had Niel AKA Chryco Psycho come over to the shack and do his magic on my car. Wow what a difference a good tune up does, we had it running at its peak. Took it through the gears at at about 5700 rpm and we was flyin ;D. It was a great day, to bad we couldnt find a rustang to play with ;)

We never did a top end run, but ive been up to 130 mph, and still had lots left. With the O.D. Niel says its capable of around 150 to 160 :o Im not going anywere near that speed.

Only driven 'CUDAs and raced a very nasty Aspen R/T

Rode  around in a '69 R/T Charger back in the day

I like small block 'CUDAs with round tailights
For me, that's the hobby

I like those other cars, but I don't own any

Timing, plugs, file rotor clean, set fuel mixture, set idle, adjust clutch, check everything under hood, tighten all nuts and bolts. Thats about it for now :)
