NASCAR Imax Film
« on: March 31, 2004 - 08:52:03 PM »
Just went to a local screening of the new NASCAR Imax Film.  Director of Photography and one of the other Cinematographers are from here in Arkansas and were on hand tonight.

All I can say is WOW!

Even if you are not a big NASCAR fan, you should check this out just for the sense of speed and sound of the engines!

there was a car show a couple years back, and they had a simulator with the Indy cars..it was very cool...the seats had belts and were on hydraulics. they moved you around like you were driving it.....spent most of my money riding it.....(dead of winter..cabin fever) had to get my fix to help the rest of winter along

Seen it twice. Would go again if someone needed company. Worth the watch.
The rum runner car at the begining is being driven by jr Johnson and riding shotgun is Ryan Newman, didn't notice it the first time I saw it. :)
