help !1973 barracuda 318, 4speed car.

okay someone help me. i have the opportunity to buy a 1973 plymouth barracuda 318 4 speed car with no engine or tranny. the original color is lime green.  i have to say yes for it within the next 3 hours. ive only seen 4 pics and it looks okay with usual rust and dents. its a project car and im 10 hours away from it right now. 4000$  can i go wrong at all with buying it?   BH23G3B408938.  im 18 and lookin at buying my first barracuda

You would need to look at the fender tag or broadcast sheet to see if it were a 4-speed car.  Even if it were only a 3-speed car and in fair shape the 4000 would be ok, might try and offer less...

Also "Lime Green" was not a 73 color.  It is probully "Mist Green" or "Meadow Green", both look like different shades of "Lime"
