what year mustang wheels

I did a search and I didnt find what I was looking for.  I need some cheap wheels to roll my cuda around so I figured mustang wheels would be it.  What years will bolt on our e bodies with out spacers?  Thanks

What I remember reading is that most ford 5-lug passcar wheels from the mid '60s into the '80s will bolt on; they use the same bolt pattern.  However the center hole is a little larger, so the wheel won't index tightly on the hub center like stock Mopar wheels.

I have 1968 Mercury Cougar mag wheels on my '71 Challenger; they worked fine.

I understand that most 1970-80s Jeep 5-lug wheels will also fit.  Since you are just using them for rolling around, the hub size difference shouldn't matter.

  Why not just get a cheap set of junk-yard wheels off a '70 up MOPAR, so long as the tyre holds air it will work.

i wanted to roll around in them for a little after so i can have some decent wheels while i save up for the good ones.

Jeep Liberty and the LX cars are the same bolt pattern also.
