Well once again an opportunity presented itself that became irresistible....of all things I need to be spending money on right now stereo equipment is pretty low on the list but here goes.. Good to great deal on these through a distributor we do business with at my work.
Jensen head unit w/HD radio, iPod interface, SD card slot, USB slot, CD etc... pretty under featured otherwise but a good buy for the features, Wall Mart carries($159) so I was able to see touch & hear before ordering+++ $50 rebate..sorry that you missed but if you had been paying attention you would have known.
Polk 6" shallow depth speakers, never heard but I know this to be a pretty good line, I'm also pretty sure they will fit as these appear to be similar to what Goody has. (Crutchfield $99)
DB drive 10" Sub.250/500W.. Lot more sub than I was looking for, hope I have enough power to push it. (eBay $75 shipped)
& I got a $5. wiring harness adapter....
All this was under $200 - $50 rebate I'll only have spent $150 & of course no shipping charges, if you know me you know I
hate shipping charges...Sooo IF I spend no more including a set of Soundstorm Xtreem 6x9s ($60), 2-150/300W Blaupunkt amps, amp wiring kit, ($140) 2.0 farad Capacitor ($22) & the 6" speakers I'll be removing ($25), total spent about $400.00 for approx. $700 retail value.
