Has anyone here dealt with Demon Sizzler's Thermoquad Connection?

Hello everybody, new guy here.
Just wondering if anybody has dealt with these folks?
I sent them my Thermoquad back in April, and they refuse to even return my phone calls.
All of my voice-mails have even been polite.
Since they're in Georgia, and I'm in California, I haven't got a clue what to do.
Does anyone have any advice??

If you sent them your carb in April my advice would be to start looking for a new carb.
