72 challenger gauge question

My 72 challenger originally had a rallye gauge set up but was missing when i got car,is it a big deal to install a standard  challenger cluster in it???

Nope. Pretty easy to install. All you need is the standard cluster and standard switch and the standard heater (or a/c if equipped) control panel. Otherwise it just bolts in place. There are a couple of wires you won't use of course and you will need to run a wire (or modify the existing wire) for the oil pressure idiot light.

...Along the same line of thought, you will need a different oil pressure sending unit for the idiot light.

Maybe just a minor point, but the light bars are different. Rallyes with four bulbs and non Rallyes with three. The three light bars don't work well on Rallye clusters missing each hole socket. Not sure how it would light up in reverse.
