Don't do it!! Yes it is scarebirds....I'm telling you its a huge pain in my butt. Maybe its because we haven't ever worked on GM rear discs. Wanna buy these :-P J/P

The GM calipers are good ones, they just require a little knowledge about their care and feeding. It is a great way to simplify the installation of rear disc and a parking brake. I have been considering the use of those calipers for a rear disc setup for a long time because of the parking brake setup. It only requires a little knowledge, and a little practice.
