Looks like a great looking Barracuda convertible. I always wanted one but now I don't think I'll ever own one.

A car that follows you around is a keeper  :2thumbs:

I had a GTO like that once.  Well actually 3 times...

Thanks, the car is fairly rare. Factory 383 console auto with tow package. 1 of 59 383 2 bbl ragtops. I've heard some numbers thrown around that it's one of 3 with the tow package. It's a real FC7/black car. The rear bumper still has the 2 extra holes in it for the hitch!

You going to put it back to original or keep it in the gorgeous condition it is in now?

I think I'll leave it this way. I cant see going back to a 2 bbl 383 with the turndown single exhaust and a flat hood. I might decide to add a rallye cluster to it, and MAYBE change the interior over to white. But everything is in such nice shape I'll probably leave it just as it is.

I agree!  Leave it like it is.  The only reason I thought you might change back is due to the rarity of the original option list.  Flat hood, single exhaust and 2bbl = Retirement vehicle for the Little Old Lady From Pasadena!

I do have to get down there and check out the new shop. Been busy as all with work the past 2 months, now that the major outages are complete, should have more time to get out now.

I have a tor-red 71 Cuda that I've owned three times. It's not going anywhere this time no matter which friend tries to talk me into selling it to them.  ;D
