Extra Tag under Fender tag

I have a 1970 challenger R/T and I  just noticed a tag under my fender tag.  It is about 1/2 in wide and 3 in long with the letters S C punched out. That is all that is on the tag. The S is turned a little sideways.  Does anyone know what this tag is? Or is it something that someone put there to save?

I have the car for sale on e bay and i am just wondering if it is important?

I'm not sure why? It was built in LA and they did some weird stuff to there tags but I've never heard of this before.  
IMO it's no major, don't mean to sound rude but the car is not a #'s vehicle so having something that can't be explained is neither here-nore-there.  
Looks like a great car though, pitty your selling.....may I ask why?   vMaybe you have another Mopar linned up?!?!?
