GTO, PHS ....
« on: September 06, 2008 - 10:07:21 PM »
...I just sent in an order to PHS (Pontiac Historical) for copies of the original paperwork/window sticker etc etc on my 68 GTO cv......it's such a shame Chrysler ditched all their records.....anyone know if they retain any info on the newer stuff, I do know recently the VCA was trying to get reprints of window stickers for Viper owners...are the new Charger/Super Bee and Challenger records being retained by Chrysler(Daimler/Cerebus?) for future generations...I keep EVERYTHING that comes on my cars including the plastic off the seats :roflsmiley:, but not everyone does

ps...gotta get that car out for some REAL pictures

I have often wondered if Chrysler keeps any records now. I bought a new Firebird in 1976 and have all the paper work from it and every new car or motorcycle I have bought since then.

71 Dodge Challenger RT 340 automatic
1973 Dodge Challenger 360 automatic EFI
2002 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide

2009 Challenger RT Classic B5 Blue
2014 Ram Express 5.7 Hemi 4X4

Ma Mopar has records for model year 66 and earlier...you can get the original IBM punch card for your car from them. the records of the muscle car era cars are long gone..... :sadwavey:

...I bought a 10K mile Superbird many years ago from the original 93 year old owner, it is known as the "Geriatric Bird"....it had the punch card under the drivers seat when I bought the car in 1988-89
