Thanks Jim!!!

Well training is over for us now.  We will be heading to Fort Benning Ga in a little while.  A week there then overseas.

Not sure I will be able to get on much after today.  I hope that everyone keeps me and my family in your prayers.  My year starts as soon as I get into country so I believe it will go by very fast.

Now done with Training and The CRC and will leave out Saterday for Germany first then to Kuwait.  Should be at my job soon.  Glad to get all of the training and medical and dental out of the way.  Now get to rest a day or two before we leave.  Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers.  I will need them and my wife will also need them.

When you get into Ali Al Salim in Kuwait (everyone goes through there first) watch out for the coffee stands called The Green Bean. Make sure you are near a potty cause those things run through you with a quickness. It's good, it's just really strooong.
They are all over theater, Basra, Fallujah, Baghdad,......

Good luck and HAVE FUN! I know it sounds strange but it is possible. Keep focused but don't get tunnel vision.

Hey Guys,

I am half way through my tour.  I did go home for a couple of weeks.  Signed the divorce papers with the wife.  She took most all of the money I made over here so for.  I am going to save as much as  I can so I can restore my car when I come home.  I have a new girl friend and we get along so very good and she is going to help me work on my car.  I was suppose to come back for another year but do not think I will do that now.  I do have fun teaching the guys how to stay safe.  Not sure how much longer this FOB will exist I hope it does till I leave in March of 2009.  Just thought I would give an update on what is going on.

Thanks Matt B.

Things are looking up for me for sure.  I went through some real bad times but I am working on getting all my bills paid off.  Just not sure I want to come back over here for another 6 months but might to get ahead like I want to.  I would love to get into flipping houses and make a living doing that.  It takes money to do that though.  I should be able to pay off everthing in this next 6 months so things will look up after that and then I can get married to the most wonderful southern gal anyone could ask for.
