    hub caps?

    Can anyone help me out,   I have a set of hub caps i want to put on my car.  They are a little rough.   How sould i go about making them look good again

    Rough in what way?Dented,scratched,rusty,chrome/paint NG?

    No major dents, they are brushed finished but dont really shine amymore and the paint has faded ou tof the groves
