A "Be-Cool" aluminum radiator... ::) for all that city traffic.

onefornow:  i used to run hot in damn NYC traffic, w/ my old brass rad and a weak (and heavy) old elec fan.  i switch to a flex fan, the biggest one i could get, think its 19" or maybe 19 1/2".  never had a problem since, will sit at 190 degrees on a hot day in traffic, and i dont run a fan shroud.

GP, sounds like the extra airflow solved the problem. I remember the traffic (and joys of finding a parking spot) all too well from my dad's flowery language before we moved here. I'm still trying to find a picture of a lop-eared-monkey  ;)
