I had bought a set for the front and back for my 71 Challenger and they are adjustable. I have lost the sheet on how to adjust them. I know how to change the settings but I need to know if 1 is the lowest or the highest on stiffness. Thanks

Typically one is softest.
Easiest way to find out; set them on 1, drive around the block, then adjust them up to 5/10 or what ever, and redrive the route. It will become real obvious really fast which setting is higher.
