Caliper Problems we had
« on: September 27, 2008 - 09:55:23 PM »
our first problem we had when we first started on the 71 challenger was a part from the caliper from the brakes ... we think that when the challenger came off the line it came with a type of bracket that goes on with the screw ... we went crazy for 2 weeks looking for that bracket ... only to find out that a bushing had been adapted to secure the caliper screw in the right way .... it was a ***** looking for that bracket no one knew what it was ... everything they would pull something on the computer that extended bushing would come up lol we didnt know that it was the adapted way to secure the screw ...

Do you have a tech manual. They will pay for themselves in stress relieved and will help you replace the right part the first time.
