I found a 383...Mileage-45000, Compression -low130 /high 140, Vac normal/steady, no knocking sounds---engine out of car.
I want to buy this machine...what is a fair price to pay?

I wouldnt pay no more than 400 bucks and that is on the high side. I see running 440's with trannies for 400-500..
