Parking light lens for 'Cuda
« on: November 01, 2008 - 03:54:26 PM »
Couple of questions.  I'm going to replace parking light lenses on my '73 and also the plastic housing around it.  I see in Year One where I can buy repro lenses, but don't see the chrome plastic housing around it.  Also, I gently tried to pull the housing off, but was reluctant to really torque on if for fear breaking it.  Can someone tell me the proper/safest way to get it off?  One more thing, does anyone know who sells both the lenses and housing, if it's available.  Thanks.

you can purchase the lenses and chrome bezels off ebay.
They are sold by P.G. Classic Store they are $239.00 for the four pieces plus $18.00 shipping . They are out of  Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada phone number 1-888-473-5855 . Their ad does not say it includes the gaskets you will need.
Please understand I have never dealt with this company or used this item I am just passing on info ! Maybe someone else will chime in as to fit and quality .

 Good luck

Not to sound dumb, but what is pg?  Also, in the dumb area, I didn't even know there was a screw, so I guess I need to look a little closer.  Not sure if I ever mentioned this in any posts, but I've always owned Chevys and this is my first Mopar and I'm now a Mopar guy forever.  Thanks for helping me learn the finer details of upgrading my Mopar.
