Horn sounds when operating turn signal arm........sometimes ?

        Hi, this is a strange one...............anybody know what is causing it ?

well all it takes is to have the black wire ground somewhere & the horn will sound , so my first guess is a bare wire
or a prblem with the turn signal switch inside the steering column
