My question is, is it leaking the same as before you rebuilt the pump? If so ,it is probably the converter.

I once had a situation where there was a groove worn in the hub of the torque converter where the seal touches. Make sure the hub is smooth along the length. I am not sure if this is typical, or what caused it, but in my case I had to replace the converter. Good Luck.
