Take a look at this setup on ePay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2469738901&category=33733

I got my setup from him and I must say the parts were in great shape.  The shifter was truely show quality.  Shipping was reasonable, packaging was bullet proof.  It's not everything you need, pressure plate, clutch plate, throwout bearing are about all that's needed to complete it.

I'd have to say you'd spend at least a thousand to convert. There was a guy selling the complete conversiion on e-bay for $1600.00 but without the OD.

good luck
