AMD Challenger Hood R/T

I have a chance to pick up an Auto Metal Direct 70 - 74 R/T hood.  New, at a trucking co. scratch & dent sale.  Hood isn't hurt, no bent sheetmetal, maybe a couple small dings, if any, I can't see any.  I want to make a buck on this.  What do you think I can sell it for if I get it ?

Since they are only $500.00 new, I can't imagine you would get more than maybe $300 to sell it, since it will be technically used and damaged.  Factor in the price you will have to pay for it, plus your travel to get it, plus shipping it out, and I can't see you coming out more than a few bucks ahead, if that.  I would only consider it if I was looking to use it.

If I get $300 for it, that will make it worth doing.  $200 and it'll be marginal.  I hope to make it pick up only, don't want to hassle with shipping.

I hope you can make it work.  How much do you plan on offering for it?

I took a real close look at it, has a very small bump to the driver's front corner and a hand size wave in it toward the front on a flat surface otherwise it's new.   Both look easily fixed.  I can get it for $250.  If I work on him, maybe less, maybe not.
