This could be helpful to some of you - I had a couple of grilles that had various missing pieces and broken parts. I brought them to a guy in Connecticut who repaired the broken parts using plastic welding (not epoxy) and it came out great - at an affordable price. For example, I had a missing tab on the end of a grille that fit inside the headlight bezel along with broken trim mount tabs. This guy (Owen) put in a new tab, fabricated the trim tabs and reinforced a couple of cracks here and there. He does a lot of motorcycle work (broken fairings and such) and is cheap for the quality of the work he does. He charged me $75 for the above mentioned work. For anyone who is interested in getting some welding done his phone number is 203-457-1667.
