hood latch coluor

Need to find out what colour are the hood latch trunk latch and door latches are can any one help

not exactly a color but coated in cosmoline which with age turns kind of amber.

you can get cosmoline to put back or paint natural metal with clear
  solid gold would be too stark when I say amber it is transparent 

Here is a pic of a well restored Challey with cosmoline or like finish on the lower control arms...I've never seen one in real life with such vivid tones but there are traces of this on may items on mine.

check in a Home Depot or similar I saw some antique gold paints that look closer then most gold paint does , it was a rust paint as well
