LOL! Serves him right, the Dad is to blame either way. If he wasn't present at the time, what the hell was his 9 year old son doing out alone and if he was present at the time, why encourage that behavior, that'll make him think twice about touching other peoples property. Vice versa candidates, makes no difference who had what sign. Still........9 years old, tsk, tsk, tsk.

It's another one of those cases where a parent refuses to admit that their child is an idiot.

I say the kid got what he deserved.  How many of you guys had mailboxes smashed or cars/houses egged by some kid?  Our car AND house was egged when we moved to Georgia in 1991.  I'd have loved to fry some of those kids...

Parents need to start accepting responsibility for their kids.  You made 'em - now take care of 'em.

Okay - climbing down from soapbox...

I think a stolen election sign is the least of our worries in this election. Remember the 3 recounts in Florida 8 years ago, the hanging chads and Democratic election workers trying to determine who people MEANT to vote for, and the guy caught with a voting machine in his trunk. With Acorn already caught submitting ballods from Mickey Mouse and the Dallas Cowboys roster that this election has already been stolen. The game plan this time seems to be to steal so many votes in so many states nobody can ever keep track. Mr Obama learned well from his corrupt upbringing in Chicago and the people he palled around with. And if anyone dares say anything, they are racist. Hell, they pulled the race card on Bill Clinton, the first black President.

Don't know about other states, but here in New Mexico it is a criminal offense to tamper with campaign signs. The kid could be charged and fined here.

At least we now know where all the Obama signs are coming from.
