I read where gun sales have been way up prior to this election. People see the handwriting on the wall with gun control coming. Maybe Obama and Biden can get the Murder rate in Wilmington Delaware and Chicago down to a more reasonable level, like what it is in Baghdad.

It is eery how all the people of the world can so easily follow the pied piper. People only see what they want to see. It is just like a community shouting for Walmart to come in and build a store. Then 2 or 3 years down the line when all the mom and pop specialty stores dry up they wonder wtf happened. America asked for this and America is going to reap what she sowed. I hear the gun lobbyists are already wringing their hands and making bold claims about getting gun control passed. How many times do we need to see what a crap storm that starts. What utter stupidity to take guns away from law abiding citizens knowing full well that the criminals will never give theirs up. I have never asked but I wonder what someone from England or Australia think about full scale gun control?

Try Canada Dude!!! They did it here!!! I've thought many times about moving to The USA ( My wife has dual citizenship) because of all the liberal social engineering here in Communist Canada!!! It makes me sick!!!!! The best scenario here is a gay, half black half Indian woman with one leg!! Don't get me started with "Gun control" soon to be gun confiscation!! oh, does anyone know how someone gives up their US citizenship? I can't become a Dutch citizen because of some weird family ties thing. so, I'm shootin for Ireland, Germany. Where I actually have heritage

Not going to wade into the debate   but it's interesting reading for somone from outside of America. I spent 3 years working Stateside so I have some understanding of how things function politically there, but I think real change happens more gradually than people think. Obama may only last one term and be a footnote in history like carter was.

Why not instead hope that he turns out to be a good president?  I don't understand why so many people hope he fails and things get worse than they already are.

I hope this is intended to be ironic humor.  I would hate to think that such blatant racism infects this great community.
