Your dad is wright you need a car to get to work in so you can work on your toy.

Good luck with the hunt its half the fun of finding your dream car or starter car.

My son is hooked on the $59.00 video games he will never save up any money with that habbit some day he will understand  :2cents:
haha, I'm that way a little bit myself. except I go to my friend's house, and I play his games.

Oh, and Goody, my parents won't let me work in a restaurant. Too many people who work at restaurants smoke(how I started, sorta), and my parents think I'm gonna start smoking if I go back to working at one again. Whoops, I'm still smoking.........I gotta quit. Gotta buy car parts, not cancer sticks.
I have nothing. go ahead and laugh. but when I get my something, prepare to be awed

Man not being able to work with people that smoke SURRREEE limits you to jobs. I can't think of a place I've worked with people that don't smoke. Also you best get outta school, people certianly do there too! lol

I know! it sucks. Maybe when I'm 18 it'll be different. well, my current job isn't too bad ($9/hr), so I just need to save. thankfully it's coming close to christmas, and I'll be getting some money from family members. I need to ask for some tools as well.

I'm 24, don't know if that's young anymore especially since everyone I know is either pregnant, married, or a little bit of column A and B.  I bought my 74 Challenger when I was 16 for $2500 and drove it home before my girlfriend could snatch it up.  It's a work in progress, I've done everything myself, but body work isn't my area so that going to happen in a few years when I have money and don't have student loans to pay off.

It is a 408, and I am running a MSD Pro-Billet distributor with vacuum advance, MSD Blaster 3 coil, and the MSD wires. I also run plain old NGK V-power plugs.  Kinda sucks, like 2 months after I bought the distributor MSD released the new E-curve model for about $20 more.  I would have waited and bought that one instead if I knew.
