Missing Engine Part. Help!!

I have a 70 340 just about ready to start.. I found that I am missing the Oil Filter Attaching Stud. 
 Its a threaded hollow stud that goes into the block, (oil filter housing) and the filter screws onto it.
I can't find it in any of the local part store, and the local Chrysler Dealership does not show any part #'s for that... 
Any advice where I can get one?

Any small block in a wrecking yard

Where I am there is a very limited selection of yards, but if I can find a small block, do you know what tool, or size scocket I would need to remove this part??

if I recall it is just  38" square drive , 3/8" extension should fit , take 1/2" as well if I am wrong

You need the non-90 degree style? If so, I have the stud & the plate that goes with it. Do you need that too?  Either way email with your mailing address.
