What do you think of a used radiator?
« on: December 30, 2008 - 05:25:56 PM »
Hey guys I found a guy selling a 26inch radiator part number 3492161. I was wondering if this will fit my car. Also the guy says it will need to be taken to a radiator shop. Its 50.00 should I get it?

If its a small block 2 row radiator, might be worth 10 bucks. Shoot, Ive got one you can have.

Doesn't show up in list,

If it needs recoring, you're probably better off buying something new.  It isn't a rare model.

all 26" rads are not the same , I have come across a bunch with different side supports , these are nowhere close to bolting into an E body , basically bet on using the tanks & maybe the side supports , the core is generally junk & it will be $450 to recore
