Just to inform you, this "727specialist" drops in once a year and usually just tries to sell his stuff and goes on down the road. ( he registered here October 24, 2004 and only has 7 posts)

Ouch.
Sorry tactransman I wasn't trying to take your turf.

But.... the Griner valve bodies are the best ones out there.. And as stated before The Griner valve body will fit any 727 or 904  1966 and later.
And the super sprag is the first modification you should do to your 727.
Seems like it keeps getting forgot about.

I don't think he was concerned about his turf. I think the source of the comment is that this is, in general, a tightly knit and very supportive group, and the fact that you post very rarely and include your sales site makes it look as if you're only here to try to sell. I'm a die-hard capitalist and I support the idea of making a back, but if you posted more often it would look less like you were ONLY using the site for sales.

If you use a low band apply VB like a CRT or a JVX,you don't need a "super sprag".

Now i have collected the money for my trans.
I going to order these parts, any other suggestions?

New parts
Cheetah valvebody 17999 (trans-brake)
Clutch springs t.action 17090
Billet rear servo MRJLRBS
4.2lever CRT-42
Bolt-in sprag CRTBIS

I am also going to use 4 pinion front planet. Kolene steels with alto clutches (5 at the front clutch). High quality intermediate flex band, reinforced 2nd band strut.

These should hold the 750horses that i have under the hood?

Deep pan?

Yes, deep pan. With lowered filter. And a temp gauge.
