Shaker Parts Wanted

I am in search of the following pieces to complete my shaker assembly:

a)  hot and cold air doors
b)  small rod that works between the hot and cold doors
c)  4 BBL base plate
d)  Outer adapter ring
e)  Shaker bubble

All above can be reproduction as long as they are same fitment as original.   Trying to avoid buying new.

If someone started a shaker conversion or has some original parts and gave up, drop me a line.
