Should my bumpers have the jack slots?

I have a 71 cuda built 2/8/71 . I want to send my bumpers out to be re chromed. One the front has the slots , the rear does not have the jack slots. One of them was probably  changed I am guessing.  Should my car have slots in the beer or not? I know the1970 cuda did not ,just wondering when they switched over. Thx

I've heard of cases where 71 Cudas were built like yours, with one of each. HOWEVER they were extremely late built cars which yours is not. I would safely say your Feb built 71 Cuda should NOT have slots
